What image formats can it read?
Standard raster formats. RAW camera files are handled by the separate RAW converter, which is a premium tool.
Can I pick a colour from anywhere on screen?
Yes — the Colour Picker is a separate free tool in the same app, for sampling outside an image file.
Is the image uploaded anywhere?
