Refund Policy

• The free version of every app costs nothing, so there is nothing to refund.
• You can ask for a refund of any Premium license or subscription within 30 days of the purchase date.
• We do not ask you to explain your reason, although it helps us improve if you do.
• Refunds go back to the payment method you used.

If you bought a one-time license, you can request a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date. After a refund, the license key stops working and the app returns to its free version.

Some products are sold as a subscription that renews until you cancel. You can cancel at any time and the subscription will not renew again. You keep Premium until the end of the period you already paid for.

If you ask within 30 days of a charge (the first purchase or a renewal), we will refund that charge in full. After a refund, the subscription is cancelled and Premium access ends.

Send us an email at contact@mes-dev.com or use the contact form. Please include:

• the email address used for the purchase;
• the name of the app;
• your order number or license key, if you have it.

We reply within 24 hours on working days. Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy, so we process the refund through them. The money usually reaches your account within 5 to 10 working days, depending on your bank.

• Requests made more than 30 days after the purchase or renewal date. We may still help if the product did not work as described.
• Licenses that were shared, resold or used to break our Terms of Service.

Before you ask for a refund, tell us what is wrong. Many problems are quick to fix, and our Support Center can help. A refund is always available inside the 30 days if you prefer it.
