Terms of Service

MES-DEV ("we", "us", "our") is a software studio based in Tunisia. We publish desktop applications for Windows and run the website mes-dev.com and the license service at api.mes-dev.com.

By downloading an app, creating an account, buying a license or using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.

Our apps are free to download and to use in their free version. Many apps also have an optional Premium upgrade. The free version does not stop working after a trial period.

Each app page shows what the free version includes and what Premium adds. We may change what each version includes in a future release. A change will not remove a Premium feature you already paid for in the version you bought.

When you buy Premium you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use that app on your own devices, within the number of activations shown at purchase. You may not sell, share, rent or publish your license key.

Premium is sold either as a one-time license or, for some products, as a subscription that renews until you cancel. The app page tells you which type applies before you pay.

The app contacts our license service to activate and check your license. Apart from that, our apps are designed to work on your own computer; some apps also fetch live data you ask for, and a few need an internet connection once on first use. Each app page explains this.

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, who act as the seller of record and handle card details, invoices and applicable taxes. We never see or store your card details. Lemon Squeezy’s own terms also apply to the payment.

Refunds are described in our Refund Policy.

You may install and use our apps for personal, educational and business purposes. You agree not to:

• copy, resell or redistribute our apps or license keys;
• reverse engineer, decompile or remove license checks from our apps, except where the law gives you that right;
• use our apps or website to break the law or to harm other people;
• attack, overload or try to gain unauthorised access to our website or license service.

Our apps work with files on your own computer. You keep all rights to your files and you are responsible for keeping backups. How we handle personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

We provide support through the Support Center on this website and by email at contact@mes-dev.com. We aim to reply within 24 hours, but we cannot promise a reply time for every request.

We publish updates when we can. We do not promise that an app will receive new features or will work on every computer setup.

We work hard to make our apps reliable, but software can contain mistakes. Our apps and website are provided "as is" and "as available", without promises that they will be error-free, uninterrupted or fit for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent the law allows.

Please check important results (for example invoices, converted documents or edited PDFs) before you rely on them.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost profit, lost data or lost business, caused by using our apps or website. Our total responsibility for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the product that the claim is about in the 12 months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits rights that the law of your country gives you as a consumer and that cannot be limited by contract.

You can stop using our apps at any time and you can delete your account from your profile page. We may suspend or end a license if these terms are broken, for example when a key is shared or resold. If we end a paid license because of our own decision rather than a breach, we will refund it under the Refund Policy.

We may update these terms. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when. If we make an important change, we will tell registered users by email. Using our apps or website after a change means you accept the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Tunisia. Where the law of your country gives you consumer rights that cannot be removed by contract, those rights stay in force.
